After approximately five months of steady on-site work, the installation of Qino’s 7.5t/h LABSA Plant project in Africa has now entered its final stage. The overall project is progressing smoothly toward completion and preparation for commissioning.

For this project, all on-site installation work has been carried out by Qino. Since the project began, Qino has advanced each key stage in an organized manner, including equipment installation, piping connection, electrical wiring, system integration, and overall site construction coordination. At present, the main installation work has been largely completed, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of commissioning and smooth plant startup.

As a professional engineering service provider specializing in sulfonation and surfactant production plants, Qino offers two installation service models in its turnkey project solutions: Engineering Installation and Construction Guidance.

Under the Engineering Installation model, Qino directly takes charge of on-site installation organization and execution. This approach ensures a more unified workflow, higher communication efficiency, and better control over installation quality, project schedule, and subsequent commissioning results. It is particularly suitable for LABSA projects, where process continuity and system integration are critical.

The second option is Construction Guidance, under which Qino provides technical guidance and support at key stages, while the customer or local team carries out the physical construction work. This model offers greater flexibility and can help optimize implementation costs by making use of local resources. However, it also requires stronger execution capability, coordination efficiency, and installation experience from the on-site team.

For the 7.5t/h LABSA Plant project in Africa, the Engineering Installation model was adopted, with Qino taking full responsibility for the on-site installation work. This not only reflects the customer’s trust in Qino’s project execution capability, but also demonstrates Qino’s comprehensive strength in overseas project delivery, engineering management, and complete plant solutions.

In the next stage, Qino will continue with the remaining finishing work, inspection, and commissioning preparation to ensure the project moves forward smoothly and provides reliable support for the customer’s stable production in the future.
